Eleven kids competed in our tournament this weekend, showing off the exceptional fighting skills that they have learned in the Kid’s Martial Arts program in Palmdale. In this action packed video, our most competitive little warriors show off their moves to prove that they have what it takes to succeed on and off of the mat. From self-respect to self-defense, these kids are learning many important lessons.

• From a fun game of tug of war, to teach the kids about the importance of teamwork, to jogging and doing exercises to increase their muscular strength, these kids are working hard and having a blast too.
• You can see that all of these boys and girls have trained hard to develop their techniques in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wrestling. The powerful display of the skills that they have learned proves to be a great success on the mat, and it is proof of that their hard work has paid off.
• Whether they were wrestling indoors or competing in mixed martial arts out in the sunshine, the tournament gave our students the chance to show that hard work and dedication builds character and creates little warriors.
• When our students talk with their instructors at Premium Fitness, they not only report that they feel safer because they are learning self-defense, but the kids also feel healthier now that they have joined in the action.

As you can see, these children are not only dedicated and hard working, but they are also excited to be learning something new. Every kid likes to show off what he or she has learned, and that’s exactly what our students get to do during tournaments. The Kid’s Martial Arts program in Palmdale teaches children traditional mixed martial arts techniques as well as skills in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Freestyle Wrestling.
